During menopause and the years leading up to it, the body takes longer to recover after training and exercise and the integrity of the connective tissue is not as resilient as when we are younger. It is therefore important to use an appropriate exercise modality to suit.

We offer a range of classes to suit women in menopause and peri-menopause and have created an efficient and economical program to help you gain strength, flexibility and regain your mojo!

Enjoy 3 classes of any type, per week for just $28 per 1 hour session.

To book into a this program, go to our timetable to book in, then you will be prompted to login or create a log in. From there, (if new to the studio), you’ll need to enter your contact details and your injury history. Enjoy y our first class free! Just email us to arrange. You can then either purchase our Introductory Offer to try out a couple more classes, or take advantage of our Eco Results pack (3 classes/wk for 12 wks)….then book into your preferred classes.

Speak with your instructor about the combination of classes that best suit you to start your individualised program. The date of the program starts from the date of your first class.
