Meet Kelly Barrs!
Welcome Kelly Barrs to the studio! We are so excited for Kelly to take Monday mornings and in the new year 2025 – Thursday afternoons and evenings.
Kelly has a huge pilates and yoga repertoire and is really passionate about sharing this with others, ultimately helping them to achieve their well-being and fitness goals.
She strives to create a supportive, empowering and fun environment in her classes where people can explore and enjoy movement.
With Kelly teaching at the studio, you’ll enjoy a more diverse teaching style and movements – incorporating some different elements you might not have experienced prior. We can’t wait for you to try!
