Meet Justine Cooper!
We are thrilled to have Justine join the studio. You will be seeing her around the place on Monday afternoons and evenings and Tuesday early mornings! She will also be covering other classes here and there.
Her expertise spans a wide range of disciplines, including the dynamic POUND – Rockout. Workout, Pilates (both Mat and Reformer), Revive, Restore and Align (a mixture of gentle movements, mindful stretches and breathing exercises) aquarobics, circuit training (HIIT), body weight strength, cardio dance and boxing.
Drawing on her extensive knowledge and experience, Justine delivers tailored, high-quality workouts that energize and empower her clients.
